I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was comfortable, but there was a noticeable musty smell, and the air vents appeared to need a more thorough cleaning. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience. The breakfast was quite simple, but it was sufficient and offered enough options to start the day. You can't really go wrong with this hotel. It's reasonably priced. Whilst not flashy, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and there is ample parking. Excellent location for all parks and attractions. All in all a great base and place to rest after a busy day exploring Orlando.

The location is one of its biggest highlights—just about 15 minutes from Disney, which made early park mornings and late-night returns so easy and stress-free. It’s also only around 30 minutes from the airport, so getting there after a long travel day was quick and convenient. One of the best perks was the park shuttle, which made getting to and from Disney even easier without having to worry about driving or parking. The hotel also has tons of cute little gift shops on-site, which was perfect for grabbing souvenirs or last-minute essentials without leaving the property. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly welcoming. Don’t let the sleek tower in the website photos 📸 or the street view fool you. If that section is sold out, the remaining accommodations felt much more like a roadside motel, complete with that unmistakable odor 👃 and flickering lights 💡 that immediately raised concerns. I actually canceled my reservation upon arrival rather than continue with the stay. To the property’s credit, the staff was wonderful 😊 and exactly what you’d hope for from a customer service perspective. There are multiple pools 🏊, laundry facilities, and space for larger groups, which may make it a reasonable option for some travelers. Parking is fairly plentiful 🚗, although after the Disney crowds return 🎢, be prepared for a walk from the back lot. If you’re on a strict budget and smells don’t bother you, you may be perfectly comfortable here; I simply wasn’t.

Pros: Staff was GREAT, rooms were clean, beds were super comfy, food was average but its a hotel kitchel. Bartender was awesome and super friendly. Cons: Shuttle services were not clear in description and wasn't given any information about what pick-up times we missed the shuttle the first day after this. Room cost was great... Only a couple times a day for pick up & drop off. Cost more once I factored in Uber cost. When you check in, don't forget to ask them for a sheet with shuttle times & QR code for reservations. Be fair warned!!!! The water smells like eggs/sulfur and when the staff was notified we were told that’s just how Florida water smells. I’ve been coming to Florida for 2 decades and have never had that issue. For the price being paid to stay here the least they could have done was offer us a different room with clean water. The dresser drawers do not stay shut. They will close then randomly slide open on their own. The heated pool is wonderful. The open area for chess,movies, etc is wonderful for kids
